Doug, I’ve seen several cousins have assigned a middle name “Bertha” to Melissa Winslow, but I’ve seen no reputable source that gives her any middle name. Can you shed some light on this?
I don’t have anything definitive. I believe Bertha was a family favorite name as Elias and Sarah Winslow named a younger daughter Bertha May Windlow.
